Smart Kiwi’s ultimate value proposition is predicting the demand of any moving fixed asset and optimizing the operations around it to increase utilization and productivity. At a high level, this happens in 3 steps:
A) Data pipeline integration through our Plug&Play API: We integrate with the customer’s data (either on-premise or on the cloud) via our simple API and start receiving their real-time fleet data.
B) Predictive Model building: Smart Kiwi ingests the fleet historical data into its predictive model, and then on top of it, adds external variables as well, such as weather conditions, traffic, and major events. The model ingests all this data and then runs a mix of advanced Machine Learning and GIS algorithms to provide the optimal fleet distribution and to best tackle the operation in an optimal way.
C) Actionable Insights: Having learned from both customer fleet data and external factors, Smart Kiwi’s predictive model sends real-time actionable insights to the customer where we detail where the demand is, and how that demand can be served in the most optimal way with the existing supply.
